Incandescent Light Bulb Ban Goes Into Effect Tomorrow – HOLLY NOTE: Had planned to do News Saturday, but with the incandescent light bulb ban starting tomorrow, I took half a day Saturday to inventory our light bulb supply. Went through every type of bulb from refrigerator and freezer to oven to chandeliers and table lamps, to bathroom fixtures to garage and porch lights, ceiling fans, 3-ways, dimmers, garage and outdoor lights and ordinary bulbs.
In short everything I could think of. After that, ordered online mostly from Amazon and purchased enough for the next several years. Since the ban goes into effect at the end of today, couldn't put it on the back burner.
The Biden administration announced the ban back in January – early enough that people would forget about it like I did. Hope all of you have a good supply if you prefer them. President Trump even addressed the incandescent bulb ban Sat. in his Pennsylvania rally and how he will reverse that once President again. So this is literally your last chance.
